Ingredients
- Ayala - 3 nos
- Onion(Big, Sliced) - 3
- Tomato(Sliced) - 3
- Green chilly(Sliced) - 2
- Biriyani masala - 1 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Biriyani rice - 500 gm
- Oil(as required) -
- Salt(as required) -
- Water(as required) -
- Curry leaves(as required) -
- Cardamom - 2 nos
- Cinnamon stick(small pc) -
- Carrot(small pc) -
- Coriander leaves(as required) -
- Water(as required) -

Instructions
- Add tomato, ginger garlic paste, green chilly, curry leaves and sauté again for 5-8
- minutes.
- Add masalas, coriander leaves and salt as required. Sauté for 3-5 minutes.
- Clean the fish and marinate the fish in chilly powder(1/2tsp), turmeric powder
- (1/4tsp)and salt as required.
- Fry it in a pan and add it in to the masala.Turn off the flame and keep it aside.
- Now add the cooked biryani above the fish masala.
- Let simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
- Separate the rice from the fish masala.
- Serve it with fried eggs.
