- Mackrel - 500 g
- Toamato - 3
- Raw mango - 1 small
- Green chilly - 4
- Shallots - 5
- garlic - 1 clove
- Red chilly powder - 2 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Cumin seed - 1/2 tsp
- Mustard seed - 1/2 tsp
- Fenugreek seed - 3/4 tsp
- Curry leaves(little) -
- Coriander leaves(litt) -

- Cut the veggies and keep it ready.
- Heat oil an a clay pot and splutter,mustard seed,fenugreek seed and cumin seed,then add shallots and saute until light brown in color
- Add tomato,green chilly,raw mango,garlic,coriander leaves,curry leaves and saute for 5 minutes.
- Add chilly powder,turmeric powder,salt and water as required.cook it for 10 minutes in low flame.
- Add mackrel and cook again for 10 minutes.
- Ayala Mulakittathu/Mackrel red fish curry with raw mango is ready to serve.
