Instructions
- For preparing ayala thoran, cook fish with turmeric powder, chilly powder, gambooge, little salt and required water.
- Crush the ingredients for grinding.
- Saute mustard, chillies and urad daal in oil.
- Add red onion and curry leaves.
- Add the minced fish and fry well.
- Ayala thoran is ready.
