  • 10 nos Baby corns sliced diagonal
  • 1 no Onion cubes
  • 1 no Capsicum cubes
  • 3 nos Green chillies sliced
  • 5 nos Red dry chillies
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 6 cloves Garlic
  • Coriander leaves Few
  • 1 tbsp Dark soya sauce
  • Sugar A pinch
  • Pepper As reqd
  • 2 tsp Sweet thai sauce
  • Salt As reqd
  • Sesame oil As reqd


  • For preparing baby corn in hot chilly paste, first cook baby corn with little salt and water.
  • Drain and and keep aside. Preserve the water.
  • Grind dry chillies, vinegar and 3 cloves of garlic. Make a smooth paste.
  • In a wok, heat oil. Add garlic chopped, onion, capsicum, green chillies, pepper and red chilly paste.
  • Add sugar, soya sauce, salt, sweet sauce, coriander leaves and cooked baby corn.
  • Mix corn flour in corn cooked water and pour over.
  • Baby corn in hot chilly paste is ready.
