Baked Vegetable Cutlet

Ingredients
  

  • 2 nos Potatoes medium
  • 5 - Beans
  • 1/2 cup Green peas
  • 1 no Carrot
  • 1 no Beetroot optional, small
  • 2 tbsp Corn flour
  • 1/2 tsp Dry mango powder Amchoor
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Red chilly powder As reqd
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1/2 cup Coriander leaves finely chopped

Instructions
 

  • Cook potatoes and beetroot in a pressure cooker.
  • :- It should not be too watery.
  • Cook other vegetables separately in the pressure cooker upto 1 whistle.
  • Mash them lightly.
  • Add all the other ingredients and mix well.
  • Shape as desired into medium sized cutlets.
  • Place in greased aluminium foiled tray and bake in broil mode, till brown.
  • :- It may take 20 - 30 mins.
  • :- Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
