Mixed vegetables in cheesy white sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bowl Cauliflower chopped, small pieces
  • 1 bowl American corn
  • 1 bowl Capsicum size of corn, chopped
  • 1 bowl Carrots chopped
  • 1 bowl Broccoli
  • 5 - Garlic pods chopped
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Salted butter
  • 1 tbsp Maida flour
  • 1 1/2 cup Milk
  • 4 tbsp Cheese
  • 1/2 bowl Cheeslings biscuits

Instructions
 

  • In a pan, heat olive oil.
  • Put chopped garlic and sautT till garlic is slightly golden in color.
  • Put all the vegetables, black pepper, salt, paprika and let it cook.
  • In a pan, heat butter.
  • Put flour and roast for 1 minute.
  • Warm milk and add it to the flour while stirring continuously so that lumps are not formed.
  • :- More milk can be added to adjust thickness of the sauce according to your test.
  • Once it is ready, remove the pan from heat.
  • Add salt, half the cheese and mix well.
  • Mix vegetable mixture in the white sauce.
  • Put the mixture in a baking dish.
  • Top it with balance cheese and cheeslings.
  • Bake it in a preheated oven at 200 C for 15 minutes or till the top is golden brown.
  • :- Serve hot with garlic bread or pasta.
