- Clean the mutton and pressure cook it with some salt and turmeric powder for 6-8 whistles or until the mutton is tender.
- Add salt and saute onions till it becomes brown.
- Add crushed green chillies,tomato and stir.when tomatoes become soft add garam masala and pepper powder.
- After 2-3 minutes add cooked mutton.chopped coriander leaves and mint leaves.Mix well and remove from the flame after 2-3 minutes.
- Fry some onion,cashew nuts and raisins separately in oil until golden brown in colour.mix it with some grated carrot and chopped coriander leaves and mint leaves.sprinkle some garam masala init and mix it with the cooked rice.
- Now we are going to layer the briyani/dhum the biriyani.Take the bamboo log make the first layer with biriyani rice
- Remove it to plate and the Delicious Bamboo Mutton Biriyani is ready.
