Bamboo rice porridge is a traditional dish which is consumed as a whole meal porridge. This porridge is thick and tasty. This bamboo rice porridge has many nutritional benefits . This is prepared in a very simple and easy way just by soaking it for few minutes and boiling it along with coconut milk. It is optional to add salt or sugar according to our taste. But it goes well with both.

  • soak the rice for 30mins.
  • pressure cook the rice in water for 5 whistles and smash it well.
