easy to make snack for your kids

Ingredients

Banana
1
Egg
white
Bread crumbs
as required
Oil
as required
Instructions
Slice the
banana
along with its skin and boil it in
water
.
Drain the
water
and peel the
banana
. Either mash it with a spoon or grind it in a traditional stone or you can also use a mixer grinder.
Make cutlettes of desired shape. Dip it in
egg
white and then cover it in
bread crumbs
.
Heat
oil
in kadai and fry the cutlette on both sides till it turns light brown in colour.
Serve it as an evening snack.
