  • Slice the banana along with its skin and boil it in water.
  • Drain the water and peel the banana. Either mash it with a spoon or grind it in a traditional stone or you can also use a mixer grinder.
  • Make cutlettes of desired shape. Dip it in egg white and then cover it in bread crumbs.
  • Heat oil in kadai and fry the cutlette on both sides till it turns light brown in colour.
  • Serve it as an evening snack.
