Instructions
  1. Melt the grated jagerry with required water and keep it aside.

  2. Mix both the flours together, add the jaggery syrup, mashed bananas, salt and mix well to make a batter. (Add water if needed ).The batter should be thicker than the idli batter.

  3. Slice the kerala bananas (etha pazham ) into thin pieces. Dip the sliced bananas in the batter.

  4. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the bananas until both sides become golden brown colour. Drain the excess oil and serve hot.

  5. Serve it hot with a cup of tea or coffee.
