  • Cut banana, onion, chillies and curry leaves into very small pieces.
  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl or a plate except red chilly.
  • Heat 1 tsp of oil in a pan.
  • Add fenugeek and red chilly.
  • When red chilly turns brown, add the above mixture and close with a lid.
  • Cook, till done.
  • :- Serve as a side dish for rice.
