Beans Fry Beans stir fry 250 gm Beans3 nos Red chillies (Kollamulaku)1 tsp Black gram (Uzhunnuparippu)Asafoetida (optional, Kayam)Salt (As reqd)1/4 tsp Turmeric powder1 tsp OilCurry leaves (A few) Cut the beans into small pieces of about 1 inch size.Wash the beans and put them a bowl along with salt, turmeric powder and cook in low flame.Cook them till they become soft. Once it becomes soft, remove from the flame.Drain the vegetable and keep it aside.Heat oil in a pan and fry the red chillies, black gram and asafoetida for a few seconds.Add cooked beans and fry for 2 minutes.Add curry leaves.
