For marination:-
- Garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Soya Sauce - 2 tbsp
- Chilie sauce - 2 tbsp
- Barbecue sauce - 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
- Steak sauce - 2 tbsp

Instructions
- Marinate beef strips with the marination ingredients and keep overnight.
- Saute mushrooms and carrots.
- When they are cooked, add capsicum and saute a further minute.
- Set this aside, make sure that the carrots, mushrooms and capsicum still retain thier colour as this makes the dish look colourful.
- :- Serve on a platter and top with stir fried vegetables.
- :- I prefer to serve this with white rice.
