- Beef - 2 kg
- Ginger - 1 large
- Garlic pods - 7 -
- Black pepper(whole) - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 2 tsp
- Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Tomato(Tomato blended in mixi and make like paste, large size) - 1 no
- Tomato sauce - 1 tsp
- Vinegar - 1/2 tsp
- Salt(as reqd) -
- Oil -

Instructions
- Clean beef(boneless) and cut into small cubes and keep aside.
- Make a paste of ginger, garlic, black pepper and 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder.
- Cook it well in a pressure cooker(apprx. 20 miutes).
- When its done, separate beef cubes from the gravy and keep aside.
- Heat some oil in a non stick pan.
- :- Oil should not be very hot.
- Add coriander powder, chilly powder, 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder and garam masala.
- Saute it for a minute on a very low flame.
- Cook this, till it becomes dry and dark brown.
