Ingredients
- Lady's finger(Vendakka) - 8-10 nos
- Yoghurt/curd - 1 cup
- Freshly grated coconut - 1/2 cup
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- For seasoning: -
- Oil - 2 tsp
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Black gram(Uzhunnuparippu) - 1 tsp
- Red chillies - 2 nos

Instructions
- Cut okra or lady`s finger into small pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add all the ingredients for the seasoning.
- Add cut okra and fry for few minutes. Do not cover the vessel.
- Lower the flame and fry till it is cooked.
- :- You can add little amchoor powder or yoghurt to remove the stickiness.
- Turn off the heat and let it cool.
- :- Serve with plain white rice or pulao.
