Biscuit & Coffee Pudding

Very easy and delicious pudding

  • 2 cups Whipping cream
  • 3/4 of Condensed milk
  • 1/2 a Unsalted biscuits crackers
  • Crushed nuts(Almonds or Walnuts)
  • 1/4 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp Cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp Instant coffee powder
  • 100 gm Butter
  • 1 no Egg
  • Caramalised nuts for garnishing
  • 1 envelope Gelatine melted in hot water


  • Place butter and egg into a blender and blend it well for about 3 minuteS.
  • Add whipping cream, condensed milk, crushed biscuits, crushed nuts, sugar, coffee and coco powder(diluted with 1 tbsp warm water) and gelatine mixture into the blender and blend again for about 5 minutes.
  • Take a setting tray and pour this mixture into it.
  • Leave it in the refrigerater to set for about 10 - 12 hrs.
