  1. saute fenu greek, cumin seeds,mustard

  2. add shallots and curry leaves and garlic

  3. add bitter gourd and saute gently for few minutes until partially cooked

  4. add tomatoes and cook till soft

  5. grind coconut along with red chilli powder,coriander powder
