- bottle gourd 200 gms -
- gram flour 5 tbsp -
- red chili powder 2 sp -
- Salt to taste -
- onion 1 -
- tomato puree from 5 tomatoes -
- coriander powder 2 sp. -
- ginger garlic paste 1 sp -

- grate bottle gourd and squeeze the water
- to this add turmeric, salt, red chili powder 1 sp, gram flour
- make it to balls and shallow fry it.
- heat oil ,add cumin seeds onion and tomato puree.to this add ginger garlic paste , red chili powder, coriander powder salt and allow to cook.
- now add koftas and simmer. and serve with cream or butter as per taste.
