  • Chop the veggies.
  • In a bowl add bread slices and crush it with your hand.
  • Then add chopped green chilly, onion, capsicum, fennel seeds and ginger.
  • Add gram flour and salt as required.
  • Mix it with your hand, add little water only if required. Do not add more water so the batter becomes watery. Thin pakodas will not turn crispy. Now keep the batter aside for 10 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a kadai and once the oil is hot, adjust the heat to medium. Drop small pakodas in the hot oil and fry until the pakodas are golden brown and crisp.
