  • 2 nos White bread slices
  • 2 nos Eggs
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 4 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 drops Vanilla essence
  • 3 tsp Sugar for caramelization heating sugar until it turns dark brown
  • Cashew nuts A few
  • Raisins A few, Onakkamunthiri


  • For preparing Bread Pudding Easy, cut the sides of the bread and soak it in milk for 15 mins.
  • Beat the eggs along with sugar in a blender.
  • To this, add vanilla essence and the milk-and-bread combine.
  • Blend well.
  • Caramelize sugar adding a little water in a heated pan.
  • In a small container, pour the caramel and add the blended mixture, nuts and raisins.
  • Place this container in a pressure cooker and bake for 30 mins (without putting the valve weight on).
  • After cooling the container, refrigerate and serve.
