  • Cut the bread into 1" cubes. Sprinkle with water and salt.
  • Heat oil in a pan and splutter the mustard seeds.
  • Add the green chilly and fry it.
  • Add the turmeric and red chilli powders.
  • Add the onions and fry them.
  • Add the tomatoes and fry until the oil separates.
  • Add the bread and mix thoroughly and add required salt.
  • Add chopped cilantro as a garnish.
  • :-If u like it crispy, toast the bread before cutting them into pieces and then, follow the same procedure.
  • :- It tastes very nice!!
