Ingredients
- Brinjal(cut in cubes) - 75g
- Green chillies - 2 nos
- Lemon - 1/4 of
- Coriander leaves(Half a bunch) -
- Curry leaves(A few) -
- Onion(chopped) - 1 no
- Saffron powder(A pinch) -
- Garam masala(A pinch) -
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Now, grind together coriander leaves, green chillies and salt.
- When the brinjal is half cooked, add the onion, ground paste, curry leaves and cook for 5 minutes. Sprinkle garam masala & saffron powder.
- Remove from fire when brinjal is cooked.
