Ingredients
- Boiled and cut Potato : 1 cup -
- Cleaned and cut Brinjal : 1 cup -
- Cleaned and cut Tomato : 1 cup -
- Cleaned and cut Onion : 1 cup -
- Cleaned and cut garlic : 1 tsp -
- Cleaned and cut Ginger : 1 tsp -
- Cleaned and cut Coriander leaves : 2 tsp -
- Chilli powder : 2 tsp -
- Turmeric Powder: 1 tsp -
- Garam Masala : 1 tsp -
- Salt : as reqd -

Instructions
- Also heat the onion pieces in the same way.
- Add the chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and salt into the tomato and onion mix and stir this mix till the colour turns into golden.
- Stir this mix well and allow to boil it for about minutes and if you want fried masala, put off the stove and remove the masala from the stove.
- If you want to make gravy masala then add some water (as required) into this mix and allow it to boil for further five minutes time.
- This masala can be served with Chappathi, Poori, rice etc.
