Ingredients
- Broccoli(medium size flowers) - 2 nos
- Carrot(finely chopped) - 1 no
- Onion(finely chopped) - 1 no
- Green chillies(finely chopped) - 2 nos
- Oil(A little quantity) -
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp

Instructions
- Cut broccoli into small florets.
- Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
- Add mustard seeds and allow to splutter.
- Add green chillies and onion and saute, until onion becomes transparent.
- Add boiled broccoli and carrots with salt and garam masala and mix well.
- Cook for sometime.
