this soup is rich in folic acid which is generally good for pregnant ladies with all the vitamins required.

  • broccoli florets 1 cup
  • onion diced 1/2 cup
  • potato chopped 1/2 cup
  • butter 1 spoon
  • salt , white pepper as required


  • heat pan add butter to it add onion and potato
  • add broccoli and saute for few minutes
  • add water to it
  • allow it to cook completely and strain the water
  • grind the broccoli with milk and mix it with the strained water
  • add salt and white pepper cook in low flame
  • remove from flame after 2 minutes and serve
