- Wheat flour : 1 cup -
- Water :as needed -
- cabbage half cup -
- onion half -
- Mustard : 1 tsp -
- Green Chilly : 3 -
- Salt as needed -
- oil and butter as needed -
- curry leaves half spring -

Instructions
- first we have to make a dough using the wheat flour (like we use to make chapathi)and keep it aside.
- then heat a pan add oil in it , pour mustard when its hot.
- then add the onion ,green chilly and curry leaves to it sauté it well and then add cabbage to it , allow it to gets cooked.
- then take the dough we made early and take a small amount from this and pour little of cabbage mixture on it
- then make a roll of the dough by keeping the cabbage mixture inside.
- then using a roller make it thin as like chapathi shaped or like square or as you like
- then keep a pan add butter to it and when it melts put paratha at pan.
- allow the both sides to get brawn or gets cooked.
- then serve hot .
Recipe Notes
it can be take along with pickle or with spicy chicken curry or any other spicy curries ,it good in taste with out curry also.
