Ingredients
- Cabbage(cut into thin, long strips) - 1 cup
- Beetroot - 1/2 cup
- Carrot - 1/2 cup
- Yogurt - 1/2 cup
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Green chilly(finely sliced) - 1 no
- Curry leaves - 2 sprigs
- Pepper powder(As per taste) -
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Mix together the ingredients: yogurt, green chilly, pepper powder and required salt in a bowl. Stir in steamed cabbage and mix gently. 3)Heat oil in a pan. Splutter mustard seeds and add curry leaves.
- Pour into cabbage raita and serve chilled.
