Ingredients
- Cabbage - 1 kg
- Dry prawns(handful) -
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Mustard seeds - ½ spoon
- Onion - 1 no
- Green chillies – 2 - 3 nos
- Turmeric powder - ½ spoon
- Chilly powder - ½ spoon
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Curry leaves - 1 stem
- Coriander leaves(handful) -

Instructions
- Place a frying pan, and fry the dried prawns till it becomes crispy.
- Heat oil in a vessel on the stove.
- Add the mustard seeds and allow it to splutter.
- Add the onions and green chillies and sautT properly.
- Add the turmeric powder and chilly powder. Saute till the raw smell disappears.
- Add the curry leaves and mix the shredded cabbage into it with required salt.
- Place a lid and allow it to cook. :- Keep mixing regularly so that it doesn¦t stick to the vessel.
- Sprinkle a bit garam masala to add flavour and garnish it with coriander leaves.
