- Chicken 1 Kg -
- capsicum 2 -
- Onion : 2 -
- ginger garlic 1 tablespoon -
- Tomato 1 -
- coconut half -
- Turmeric powder : 2 tsp -
- Chilly powder : 2 tsp -
- Garam Masala : 2 tsp -
- coriander powder : 2 tsp -
- curry leaves 1 sprig -
- perumjeeragam 1 tsp -
- Coriander leaves : a bunch -
- Salt to taste -
- Oil as needed -

Instructions
- Take a pan and add coconut and fennel seeds to it
- stir well and when its half brown
- add a pinch of coriander powder, half tsp of turmeric powder and 1 tsp of chilly powder
- stir well for 2 to 5 seconds and then when its cooled grind it using a mixer.
- now add tomato and curry leaves to it and stir well.
- add the chicken to it and also add garam masala also to it
- stir well and add little water to it.
- close the pan for some time and when all the water gets out of the chicken.
- add the grinded mixture to it.
- stir well and make the grinded mixture distribute equally.
- close the pan for 5 minute ,then add the capsicum to it.
- then close the pan and allow it to get cooked.
- our dish is ready ,transfer to the serving dish.
- pour some coriander leaves also before serving.
