Instructions For preparing capsicum prawns canapes, heat butter in pan. Add prawns, parsley, salt and pepper. Fry and cook the prawns. When done, remove and keep it in a bowl. Fry capsicum and place it in a plate. Mix onion, tomato and mayonnaise in a bowl. On top of capsicum place the mayo mix and top it with prawns. Capsicum prawns canapes is ready.
