  • Heat milk in a saucepan by adding sugar and condensed milk.
  • When the milk starts to boil, turn the flame to medium, add grated carrot, close the lid and allow it to get cooked by stirring in between (cook for at least 10-15 minutes).
  • Meanwhile melt the china grass in 1/2 cup water.
  • Pour the melted china grass into milk and mix well. Remove from the fire when the mixture becomes thick
  • Convert it into a pudding tray and keep it in refrigerator for 2-3 hours at least.
  • Serve.. Enjoy!!
