  • In a large saucepan, stir milk with sugar, condensed milk and a pinch of salt. Set over medium-high heat, stir and bring to a boil.
  • At the same time, melt the soaked china grass in a vessel and pour it into the milk. When the mixture starts to boil, mix well and remove it from the flame.
  • Pour the mixture immediately into a bowl and let it cool at room temperature.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours or overnight to set before serving. Garnish with some grated chocolate or any other toppings of your choice and serve it chilled. Enjoy!
