- Cauliflower : 1 cup -
- Fresh green peas 1/2 cup -

- green chili 4 no. -
- ginger garlic paste 4 tsp -
- Mint leaves 1/4 cup -
- coriander leaves 1/4 cup -
- red chili powder 1/2 tsp -
- Garam masala : 1/2 tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- oil 5 tsp -
- Ghee : 2 tsp -
- Bay leaf : 1 no -
- ani seed 2 no. -
- Cardamom 2 no. -
- clove 4 no. -

Instructions
- chop the cauliflower
- add small onion and green chili in a mixi jar
- make a fine paste by adding little water
- add chopped tomato and mix well
- add mint and coriander leaves and mix it
- add salt, red chili powder and garam masala and mix well
- add cauliflower and peas and mix well and allow to cook for 5 mins
- now add 2 cup of water for 1 cup of rice and allow to boil
- once boiled add rice and mix well and keep the flame in low
- allow to cook for 5 mins and close the lid and allow until the whistle comes. turn off the flame before whistle come
- now cauliflower briyani is ready. serve with raitha
