- Cauliflower(chopped) - 1 no
- Onion(chopped) - 2 nos
- Green chillies(chopped) - 4 nos
- Coconut(grated) - 6 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Cumin powder - 1 pinch
- Coconut oil - 3 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing cauliflower thoran - brahmin special, fry onion and green chillies in oil.
- Add grated coconut. After a few minutes, add cumin powder and turmeric powder. Mix well.
- Add cauliflower and salt.
- Add a little water and keep cooking for about 5 minutes.
- Care should be taken not to overcook.
- When done, add curry leaves. Cauliflower thoran is ready.
