- Pressure cook the jackfruit seeds in ½ to ¾ cup water, just enough to cover them, till they become really soft. I cooked them on high for four whistles. Switch off and allow the pressure to go by itself.convert it into a vessel and let it cool
- Peel the this husk,remove the brown skin is optional,here I didn't remove it.add the peeled jackseeds into a jar
- Delicious jackfruit Seed milkshake is ready now,garnish it with boost....it taste exactly like Almond/Badam Milkshake....Enjoy!!!
