2 nos Onion (big)2 nos Garlic1 piece Ginger2 nos Tomato4 tsp Coriander powder1 tsp Chilli powder1/2 tsp Turmeric powder1 cup Channa1/2 tsp Garammasala (patta,grambuand cardamom) Grind ginger,onion and garlic.Fry grinded Ginger,garlic and onion paste in in oil till the raw smell goesAdd coriander,chilli and turmeric powder.Add tomato and fry it.Add boiled channa.Let it cook for few more minutes.Add coriander leaves and garam masala powder.:- Serve hot Kerala
