  • First, cook the washed and drained chicken bits in a small vessel adding a pinch of turmeric powder, 1 tsp chilly powder, required salt and little water. Drain the water completely. Fry the chicken bits in little oil to a golden brown color.
  • Meanwhile, mix gram flour with a pinch of salt, remaining red chilly powder and very little water.
  • Add chopped onion into it.
  • Add fried chicken bits and mix well.
  • Add bread crumbs and mix slowly. Do not mix it for long time.
  • Now its ready to fry.
  • Heat oil in a kadai and fry small balls of the pakoda mix until golden brown in colour.
