- Egg(hard boiled) - 4
- Onion - 2
- Green chilly - 3
- Maida - 1 cup
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Chilly powder - 3/4 tsp
- Garam masala(pinch) -
- Coriander leaves(few) -
- Curry leaves(few) -
- Oil(for frying) -
- Salt to taste -
- Water(as required) -

- Peel and cut the egg into 4 pieces.
- Chop onion,green chilly,curry leaves and coriander leaves.
- Add maida,garam masala,chilly powder,turmeric powder and salt into it.Add little water and mix well to get a thick batter.
- Deep fry till golden brown in colour.
- Crispy and tasty egg pakodas are ready to eat.
