Egg Pakoda

Today I am going to make unique tasty homemade Egg pakoda.It is an all time hit snack dish in my home.Egg pakodas are made with boiled eggs,onion and some other spices and these all make this a irresistable pakoda.

  • Peel and cut the eggs into 4 pieces.
  • Take a vessel and add chopped onion, green chilly, curry leaves and coriander leaves into it.
  • Add maida, garam masala, chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt into it. Add little water and mix well to get a thick batter.
  • Dip each egg piece in the batter and cover the egg completely. Drop the thick batter coated egg into hot boiling oil.
  • Deep fry the Egg Pakodas till golden brown in colour.
  • Crispy and tasty Egg Pakodas are ready to eat.
