- Biriyani rice - 1 kg
- Chicken - 500 g
- Onion - 1 large
- Tomato - 2
- Green chilly - 3
- Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
- Dried lemon - 1
- Majboos masala - 2 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Oil - 3 tbsp
- Coriander leaves(little) -
- Salt(to taste) -

- Take all the ingredients and keep it ready.
- Add pepper corn,garam masala,majboos masala,dried lemon,turmeric powder and salt.
- Add chicken pieces and coriander leaves.
- Add enough water to cook chicken,close the lid and cook for 1 whistle.
- Add rice into the cooked chicken,Measure the chicken stock and add enough water to cook the rice.
- Close the lid and cook for 1 more whistle.
- Chicken majboos is ready to serve
