  • Heat a little oil in a pan or a kadai.
  • Add onions and fry till it is light brown.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste, tomato, chillies and tomato puree.
  • Cook till the tomato`s smell is gone.
  • Add chilly powder and garam masala.
  • Add chicken and it is cooked, add curd and thaw it for 1 min.
  • Finally, add the celery.
