  • 3 - Chicken Leg, Thigh Pieces as you desire
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  • 1 tbsp Red chilly powder
  • 5 tbsp Tandoori powder
  • 4 tbsp Yoghurt/Curd
  • 1 no Lime
  • Salt As reqd


  • Make few cuts in the chicken with knife.
  • Mix together lime juice, salt, curd, ginger-garlic paste, tandoori powder and red chilly powder.
  • Marinate the chicken well with the above atleast for 3 hours(24 hrs is perfect).
  • Preheat oven to 450 f.
  • Place chicken on a cookie sheet with foil paper.
  • Keep shaking and turning it to avoid the chicken pieces from sticking to the Sheet.
  • :- Takes about 45 mins for perfect taste.
