Ingredients
- Onion :1 (finely chopped) -
- Capsicum :1 (cut into small pieces) -
- Chilly : 2 (cut into small pieces) -
- Parsley : few (chopped) -
- Garlic : 3 (chopped) -
- Ginger : ½ (inch chopped) -
- Chicken : 4 t0 5 (medium sized fried using any masala ) -
- Chilli flakes : ½ tsp (optional) -
- Pepper powder : ½ tsp (optional) -
- Salt as needed -
- Oil as needed -
- Soya sauce : 1 tsp -
- Corn flour paste : ½ tsp (corn flour mixed with water) -

- Keep all the ingredients ready.

- Now add the chillies and fry till its shrunken.
- Add the onions and sauté till it turns golden brown.
- Add the parsley and fry for about a minute.
- Add the chilli flakes and pepper (this step is purely optional).
- Add the soya sauce and saute.
- Add little water and let it cook for about 2 minutes .
- Add the chicken, wait for 3 to 5 minutes for the chicken to blend with the mixture.
- Pour the corn flour paste and mix it well. The gravy would come to thick consistency as soon as the corn flour paste is added.
- According to the texture of the gravy needed adjust the water or the corn flour paste.
- Wait for about 5 minutes and remove it from flame and transfer to the serving bowl.
