Chinese Chilli Prawns Non veg side dish - Chinese Chilli Prawns 1/2 kg Prawns2 tsp Garlic (chopped)2 tsp Ginger (chopped)1 no Onion (chopped)2 tsp Soya sauce1 cup Veg stock2 tsp Pepper powder2 nos Green chillies (chopped)1/2 tbsp Maida1 no Egg1 tbsp Corn flour1/2 cup WaterSugar (A pinch)Salt (As reqd)1/4 tsp Red colourOil to deep frySpring onion(chopped) for garnishing Marinate the prawns with salt and pepper and keep it aside for atleast 1/2 an hour.Beat egg in a bowl.Mix maida with egg.Pour egg-maida mixture over the marinated prawns and mix well.Deep fry prawns till golden brown and keep it aside.Heat oil in a wok.Add chopped onion, garlic, ginger, green chillies and saute.Add soya sauce and veg stock.Add salt to taste.When the stock boils, add fried prawns.Mix corn flour with 1/2 cup of water and add to the gravy.Add sugar and red colour.Add chopped spring onion.:- Chilli prawns is ready to serve.
