1 samll Bottle gourd/Chirakka1/2 cup Black eyed beans1/2 tsp Coriander powder1/4 tsp Turmeric powder1 tsp Chilly powderSalt (As reqd)1 cup Coconut (grated)1 tsp Mustard seeds3 nos Dry red chilliesCurry leaves (Few)2 tsp Oil Soak black eyed beans for overnight.Wash, cook with water and salt.When it is half cooked, add chopped chirakka and turmeric powder.Add chilly powder and coriander powder.Grind coconut and add this to the chirakka curry.Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard seeds, dry red chillies and curry leaves.
