Instructions
- Pour in the hot milk and whisk again.
- Heat the mixture, stirring it continuously till it thickens.
- Once it coats the back of the spoon, it is cooked. Allow it to cool.
- Add in the cream and cocoa. Whip the mixture.
- Pour it into an ice-cream churner and freeze it.
- Chocolate ice-cream is ready. Serve chilled.
