This coconut milk halwa is a very old traditional dessert . This could be made instantly within minutes . The extracted coconut milk is mixed with rice flour and heated up. then sugar and butter is added to give the creamy glossy finish to the sweet.this coconut milk halwa is topped up with pistachios and served chilled.

Instructions
- add rice flour to this
- mix together without forming lumps and now keep it in stove
- when the sweet thickens add sugar
- when the sweet turns out without sticking to the sides of the pan remove from flame and mix cut pistachios and serve chilled.
