- All purpose flour - 1 cup
- Sugar - 1/2 cup
- Butter - 75 gm
- Eggs - 2
- Coffee - 1 tbsp
- Boiling water - 2 tbsp
- Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- Baking soda - 1/2 tsp

Instructions
- In bowl add coffee powder and boiling water mix well without lumps
- In bowl sieve all flours and keep aside
- In bowl add butter beat well
- Now add coffee water mix well
- Now add flour and mix well gently
- Now grease pan and pour the mixture Bake in a pre heat oven for 35 mins in 180 degree
- Now its ready to serve Coffee cake and served with milk in breakfast
