Ingredients
- Mushrooms - 1/2 cup
- Corn - 1/2 cup
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Onion - 1
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Chili powder - 1 tsp
- Gram masala - 1 tsp
- Water - 1/4 cup
- Water for cooking rice - 11/2 cup
- Rice - 1 cup
- Salt(to taste) -

Instructions
- Heat oil in a kadai add cumin seeds and onion saute for 2 minutes.
- Add turmeric powder,chili powder.gram masala to this and saute for 2 minutes
- Add 1/4cup water to this.
- Close the kadai with a lid and cook for 5 minutes.
- Cook basmati rice in oven with water for 10 minutes.
- Add corn and cooked rice to this kadai .
- Mix all together well.Saute for 2 minutes in low flame.
