- Turmeric powder(A pinch) -

- Curry leaves(Few) -

Instructions
- Fry well stirring occasionally. Add curry leaves.
- Fry the bittergourd to a crispy state and remove from fire.
- Crispy bittergourd, a healthy dish apt for the diabetic, is ready. Serve hot.
