- Fish Boneless : 1/2 K gm -
- Mustard Paste : 1/2 Tsp -
- White Pepper : 1/2 Tsp -
- Black Pepper : 1/2 Tsp -
- Salt : 1/2 tsp -

- Plain Flour : 1/2 Cup -
- Oil : 2 tsp -
- Baking Powder : 1/2 tsp -
- Salt : 1/2 tsp -
- Ice Cold Water :As Required -

Instructions
- Marinate the fish with mustard paste , white pepper , black pepper & salt.
- Keep this for half an hour.
- After marinating, prepare the batter.
- Dip the fish into the batter and shallow fry the fish till it's color become golden-brownish.
- Now enjoy the CRISPY FRY FISH with ketchup or any sauce.
